The Zira Andon kit ships ready-to-install. Mount the light, run one Cat6 to the bridge, and pair it with any Zira camera. Live in under an hour.
Red / blue / green ribbed lens modules in a slim, flat-back tower. High-output LED visible across the whole bay, with a side bracket that bolts flat to any column, beam, or workstation upright. Power and control arrive on the same Cat6, with no DC run to the light.
The brain of the kit. Pairs up to 6 Zira cameras and 1 dry-contact relay board, translating AI detections into precisely-timed contact closures. One PoE drop powers the bridge, the relay board, and the light.
Eight isolated relay channels. Standard config uses 3 to drive a 3-color light; the remaining 5 are spare for buzzers, secondary lights, PLC inputs, or escalation chains to multiple stations.
A Zira camera detects a state. The bridge translates the detection into a contact closure on the relay board. The relay board drives the light. End-to-end in under a second.

Map any Zira detection to any relay. The most common configurations on the floor today:
Camera flags a missing block, broken stringer, or wrong dimension at the inspection point. Light goes red and flashes, so the operator pulls the unit before it reaches stretch wrap.
Camera detects no hi-vis or no hard hat in a restricted bay. Blue lights up the area until the condition clears. No supervisor escalation needed.
Camera-counted output is at or above the shift goal. Steady green tells operators the line is on pace, and tells them immediately when it isn't.
Detection of a hand near the bandsaw envelope drives the relay closed. Red strobe at the station and at the supervisor desk. Escalation is physical, not buried in a feed.
Andon is an extension, not a separate platform. If you already have Zira on the line, the kit pairs in software and ships within a week.
4 bolts to a column, beam, or upright. The flat-back bracket sits the tower tight against whatever the operator already faces.
Bridge mounts to DIN rail in any panel and takes a single PoE drop from a switch port you already have. That one cable carries the bridge, the relay board, and the light. No outlet at the workstation, no DC supply, no electrician.
