When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Zira. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up, or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Zira. Zira reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent. Zira also reserves the right to change the short code, phone number or alphanumeric sender from which messages are sent.
Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2Carriers
Carriers, including your mobile provider, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe, either by replying STOP or through an included link. You may reply STOP to any message at any time.
After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Zira again, sign up as you did the first time and Zira will start sending messages to you again.
4Help and support
For support regarding our services, email sales@zira.us or, where supported, reply HELP to any message and we will respond with contact details and instructions, including how to stop receiving messages.
If we include a link in a message we send you, you may also reach these terms and our company information by following that link.
5Privacy
The mobile number you give us, and your messaging preferences, are personal data handled under our privacy policy, which explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.
We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
